“Operation Bunyaan-un-Marsoos” Was a Battle of Truth: Raja

LAHORE: Former Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf has hailed “Operation Bunyaan-un-Marsoos” as a historic landmark that transcended conventional military strategy, describing it as a decisive battle between right and wrong.

In a special message marking the one-year anniversary of what he termed the “Center of Truth” (Marka-e-Haq), the former Premier lauded the combined efforts of Pakistan’s land, naval, air, and cyber forces in thwarting enemy aggression.

Raja Pervaiz Ashraf stated that the operation effectively shattered the myth of the adversary’s military superiority. He specifically highlighted the destruction of India’s Rafale aircraft as a moment that “disgraced” India on the international stage.

“Whether it was the cyber front or the diplomatic arena, the Modi government was forced to face defeat at every turn,” Ashraf remarked.

The PPP leader emphasized that the success of the operation was a direct result of the unprecedented synergy between the state’s institutions and its citizens.

  • National Unity: Ashraf noted that victory is guaranteed when the nation, the government, and the armed forces stand as one.
  • Multi-Domain Dominance: He praised the “teeth-gritting” response provided by Pakistan’s forces across all domains, including the emerging frontier of cyber warfare.
  • A Salute to Heroes: On the completion of one year since the conflict, he paid glowing tributes to the martyrs (Shuhada) and Ghazis who defended the country’s sovereignty.

Concluding his message, Raja Pervaiz Ashraf offered prayers for the continued success of the Pakistan Armed Forces.

“May Allah Almighty always grant our forces victory and continue to make Pakistan a stronger and more resilient nation,” he prayed.

The statement comes as the country observes the first anniversary of the 2025 standoff, reflecting on the strategic shifts that redefined regional security dynamics.
