Sidra Malik Keen to Enter Film Industry with Selective Role Choices and Praises Punjab Government’s Efforts to Revive Film Industry
LAHORE: Beautiful and talented actress Sidra Malik has said on sunday that she is currently playing a key role in a private TV channel’s drama serial. However, in the near future, she is also preparing to step into the film industry with full enthusiasm.
During a meeting, Sidra Malik appreciated the efforts made by the Punjab government for the revival and promotion of the film industry, calling it a positive step. She stated that Pakistani cinema is entering a new era, and she is excited to be part of this positive change.
She mentioned that she is in ongoing meetings with several producers and directors active in the film industry, but before joining any project, she is paying special attention to her choice of roles. Sidra Malik said she is looking for such roles that highlight her artistic abilities and leave a deep impact on the audience’s hearts.
Therefore, she has not yet given a final approval to any film project. She informed that several major film projects, including Singeta’s “Makho,” Ghulam Mohiuddin’s “Red Line,” and Sayed Noor’s “Chooriyan 2,” have been announced, creating a buzz and a sense of hope in the film industry.
Regarding modeling, Sidra Malik stated that she has participated as a lead model in fashion shows for several renowned clothing brands. She has received great appreciation from fans in the field of modeling as well.
She emphasized that quality work in both acting and modeling is her top priority, and she aspires to present memorable projects for her fans in the future.
