Professor Abdul Mannan Khurram Chairs Quran Recitation Event at Unique Group,Over 80 Students Participate in Lahore Quran Recitation Contest
LAHORE: Under the auspices of Unique Group of Institutions, the annual inter-school Qirat competition was held at the Unique Group’s Dr. Nisar Ahmed Auditorium.
The event was presided over by Chairman of the Unique Group Professor Abdul Mannan Khurram, while Chairman of the Muttahida Ulema Board Dr. Mufti Intikhab Ahmed Noori participated as the Chief Guest.
During the event, Chairman Professor Abdul Mannan Khurram stated that the purpose of organizing Qirat competitions is to promote love for the Quran among students. He emphasized that reading and practicing the Quran are the keys to a successful future for youth.He added that such competitions foster a love for the Quran among children.
Unique Group Promotes Love for Quran Through Melodious Recitation Contests
On this occasion, Chairman Dr. Mufti Intikhab Ahmed Nuri highlighted the importance and virtues of the Quran, stating that Allah Himself has emphasized its significance. He expressed concern that in the modern era, people are drifting away from the Quran, which deprives them of Allah’s blessings.
He praised Unique Group for playing a vital role in fostering love for the Quran and encouraging melodious recitation among students.
The event was also addressed by Rector of Unique Group Professor Amjad Ali Khan, renowned Seerat scholar Dr. Tariq Sharif Zada, Vice-Chancellor of Sialkot University Professor Dr. Khaleeq Rehman, and Motivational Speaker Dr. Noshaba Murad.
Winners Announced in Junior, Middle, and Senior Categories at Unique Group’s Quran Competition
Winners of the inter-school Qirat competitions are following; In Junior Category, Abdul Rehman Sajid from Murghzar Campus get 1st position,Hareem Zahra from Unique Samanabad Campus 2nd and 3rd position take by Unique Rachna Block Campus.
In Middle Category, Dua Zahra from Unique Manawan Campus get 1st position, Robeisa from Ada Plot Campus 2nd position and 3rd position get by Hoorain Liqaat from Unique Shadbagh Campus.
In other hand Senior Category,Abubakar Khalid from Unique Eifel Tower get 1st position,Aliza Zahra from Lower Mall Campus 2nd position and 3rd position get by Hafiz Ahmed from Unique 106-A Campus.
Large Gathering of Students and Teachers Celebrates Quran Recitation Event at Unique Group
On this occasion, Vice-Chairman of Unique Group Hafiz Afif Ashraf Siddiqui, Director Professor Waseem Anwar Chaudhry, Director Muhammad Abdullah, along with teachers and a large number of students, participated in the event.
